Refund & Cancellation
Last updated 17 July 2026. Straightforward: cancel anytime, and there is a fair refund window.
1. Merchant of record
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record and the seller of record for the transaction. Charges appear from Lemon Squeezy, who also handles applicable taxes. This policy sits alongside Lemon Squeezy's own terms shown at checkout.
2. How billing works
MostlyNo Watchdesk is a subscription — monthly or annual. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price shown at checkout is what you pay for that period.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from the customer link in your receipt or billing email, or by emailing us. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for; you are not charged again after that.
4. Refunds
If MostlyNo Watchdesk is not for you, email us within 14 days of your first payment for that period and we will refund it. After 14 days, or for renewal periods you have used, refunds are handled case by case — reach out and we will be reasonable. Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy.
5. What you are paying for
You are paying for change-monitoring software: watchlist capacity, automated comparison of public research pages, and change-only email delivery. You are not paying for private advice, trading signals, or any guarantee of outcomes. The underlying research is free and public to every visitor.
