Terms of Service
Last updated 17 July 2026. Plain-language terms for using MostlyNo. This is an operator-drafted document, not legal advice; it may be revised before or after any paid launch.
1. Who we are
MostlyNo ("MostlyNo", "we", "us") is operated by an individual sole proprietor in New York, United States, reachable at hubadmytroo@gmail.com. By using mostlyno.com you agree to these terms.
2. What the service is
MostlyNo publishes impersonal, general stock research — the same output shown to every visitor, produced mechanically by software. The paid product, MostlyNo Watchdesk, is change-monitoring software: it watches public research pages you choose and emails you when the published record materially changes. It is a software and delivery tool, not a source of personalized recommendations.
3. Not investment advice
Nothing on MostlyNo is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. The research is general and impersonal; it does not consider your holdings, goals, or circumstances. We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past results never guarantee future outcomes.
4. Accounts
Some features require an account (a verified email code or GitHub sign-in). You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, scrape at abusive volumes, or use it to harm others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions, billing and the seller of record
Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who is the seller of record for those transactions and handles payment and applicable taxes. Their terms also apply at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you can cancel anytime and keep access through the paid period. See our Refund & Cancellation policy.
6. Engine connections (creators)
Creators may connect an engine to the platform over a read-only endpoint. MostlyNo records technical facts (interface, version, verification) and never receives broker credentials, executes trades, or takes money authority. Creators are responsible for their own engines, endpoints and any claims they publish. MostlyNo does not verify investment quality or performance and does not run a multi-vendor marketplace.
7. Your content and privacy
Watchlists you build in the browser stay on your device unless you explicitly back them up. Our handling of the limited data you do share is described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MostlyNo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
